All orders will be shipped in mailers designed for the items being shipped, We’re all record collectors here at Jackpot Records and know firsthand the frustration in receiving a great record in terrible packaging. We will pack your items as carefully and lovingly as if we were sending it to ourselves. Please note that we are a small operation that packs each order by hand. We try to be as efficient with this as possible, and typically fill orders within 1-2 days after receiving them.

Unfortunately, we cannot account for how your package was handled once it left our hands. Jackpot Records is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels shipped via USPS. If your order has been tracked and marked as "DELIVERED" by the courier service, we consider your order to be delivered, and cannot be held responsible for any loss of your order. If, however, you suspect your order is defective in some way due to manufacturing error, or is missing contents, please contact us to remedy the situation.

PRE-ORDERS

Any item ordered together with a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order is ready to ship.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please allow extra time for international orders to arrive. Some orders may take up to two months to arrive. Once the package has left the United States, you may no longer see updates on the tracking information. This does not mean your order has been lost; the USPS doesn't update the tracking once the package is inside the destination country, and will only update once the package has been marked as delivered

Jackpot Records is not responsible for product loss or damage once an order is in the hands of USPS. For other shipping arrangements, please contact us.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Every once in a while an album escapes the pressing plant a little less pristine than it should be. If you have received a defective item, contact us at sales@jackpotrecords.com with your order number and we will assist you.

Returned product may be exchanged for the same item or returned for a refund. Refunds will be issued upon our receival of the product in question. Note that it may take your bank some time to process the refund.

If you purchased your records from a different seller and have an issue with your records, you will need to speak with the store where you purchased the record.

We cannot accommodate requests for replacements or refunds if more than 30 days have passed since your package was delivered.

If an item is purchased in our physical store, please note that it is returnable only for store credit or exchange for the same item, no cash refunds.
