Previously unreleased album recorded by Blackfoot between 1980 and 1982 as the band transitioned from Zamrock to Kalindula. Kumitanda is a natural successor to Blackfoot's second album The Foot Steps (1978) and has a modern sound similar to what 5 Revolutions achieved with Mrs. Brown. Featuring 8 tracks, this album is sourced from original master tapes found in storage at Zambia Music Parlour's former headquarters at Pine House in Ndola, Zambia. First edition arrives in 2026 on the newly-activated Zambia Music Parlour label with catalogue number ZMPL 102. Highly recommended!
