Terror Vision is blown away to offer the first-ever physical media release of Michael Hoenig & J. Peter Robinson’s under-appreciated Original Motion Picture Score to the 1986 cult classic The Wraith, available for the first time on vinyl. The Wraith leans heavily into a synth-driven score by Michael Hoenig and J. Peter Robinson, both known for their electronic work. Built on atmospheric pads and pulsing textures, it carries a sleek, neon-night vibe that locks into the desert street-racing aesthetic while tightening around the film’s action and horror edges. Michael Hoenig composed scores for The Gate and The Blob, and was a member of Tangerine Dream. J. Peter Robinson composed scores for Wes Craven’s New Nightmare and Return of the Living Dead Part II, and has worked with Eric Clapton, David Bowie, and Phil Collins. The Wraith (Original Motion Picture Score) features a gatefold presentation, printed sleeve, and the complete score spanning 21 tracks with 38 minutes of music. The release was sourced from the original master tapes, expertly mastered for vinyl by Collin Jordan at the Boiler Room, and pressed at Graveface Press, our in-house vinyl pressing plant. retail exclusive Blue vinyl
