Tim Kasher's Sponges of Experience is a new chapter from the songwriter best known as the frontman of Cursive and The Good Life. Written entirely over a single four-day weekend, the record captures Kasher at his most immediate and unfiltered, blending the restless energy of '90s/early-2000s indie rock with the intimate, literate songwriting of artists like Elvis Costello, Guided By Voices, Bright Eyes, and The Replacements. Released by Born Losers Records, Sponges of Experience is a record built for digging into-especially since it's intentionally unavailable on traditional streaming platforms.
