Always Hip: Verve at 70 celebrates seven decades of Verve by bringing together an extraordinary multigenerational cast to reimagine its music. Today’s jazz masters— including Buster Williams, Jabali Billy Hart, Ron Carter, Monty Alexander, Rufus Reid, and Lenny White—reinterpret compositions originally heard on Verve. Recorded at the legendary Van Gelder Studio, this record is both a tribute and a continuation: a celebration of the artists, songs, and spirit that made Verve the label that it is.
Cancellations:
Because many payment processors no longer return transaction fees to sellers on cancelled orders, any orders or pre-orders that are canceled by the customer before shipment will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee.
